From energizing group sessions to focused one-on-one training, everything we offer is built on a foundation of expert instruction and heartfelt support.
Where It All Began
From a young age, I was captivated by the way the body moves. What started as a deep love for dance quickly transformed into something much greater. Growing up professionally as a dancer taught me discipline, focus, determination, and a tireless work ethic. But more than that, it taught me how powerful movement can be as a form of expression, connection, and transformation.
As I began teaching, a whole new world opened up to me. I found immense fulfillment in helping others grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Watching clients evolve, gain confidence, and become more connected to themselves has been the most rewarding part of my journey. And with every class and private I’ve taught, I’ve learned something too. Movement continues to teach, inspire, and shape me every day.
That’s why creating Core Centrix Movement means so much. I wanted to build a space where people can grow without judgment, where movement is embraced in all its forms, and where we can inspire and uplift one another as a community.
I’m beyond grateful to share this path with my mom, who has always shared the same deep passion for wellness and movement. Together, we’ve created more than just a studio; we’ve created a space where movement is truly honored, and the method becomes a way of life.
Why the Name: Core Centrix Movement
Core Centrix Movement embodies everything wellness means to us: strength, balance, and intentional movement, all rooted in the power of the core. The name reflects our belief that true stability, resilience, and transformation begin at the center, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
In Pilates and beyond, the core is the foundation of every movement. At Core Centrix Movement, we emphasize its role in creating alignment, strength, and connection throughout the entire body. But even more than a physical focus, Core Centrix is a mindset, one that is centered, purposeful, and grounded in growth.
This name is more than branding; it’s a philosophy. A reminder that when we move from our center, we move with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Our Heated Movement Room
At Core Centrix Movement, our yoga and sculpt classes take place in a gently heated space powered by Far Infrared Radiant Heat—a modern, safe, and therapeutic approach to movement that enhances your practice from the inside out.
What is Infrared Radiant Heat
Unlike traditional forced air systems that blow hot air into the room—often creating a stuffy or overwhelming atmosphere, far-infrared heat warms the body directly rather than heating the air. It works much like the sun: electromagnetic waves transfer warmth to your body and surrounding surfaces, offering deep, comforting heat without extreme temperatures.
This form of heat is perfectly safe—in fact, hospitals use infrared technology to keep premature infants warm and healthy. We chose Far-Infrared heating because it aligns with what we value most: movement that’s mindful, safe, and genuinely supportive of your body’s natural rhythms.
