Christa has been immersed in the world of movement since the age of 10, beginning as a competitive dancer and later performing in music videos, live shows, and commercials for artists such as Ricky Iglesias, Pitbull, Thalía, and Becky G. In 2019, she was an NBA Miami Heat Dancer and was cast as a lead dancer on a Nickelodeon/Mundonick’s TV show.
Christa has taught at prestigious dance studios and schools across South Florida for over seven years, specializing in hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, modern, and stretch/conditioning. Her award-winning choreography has been featured in competitions and college preparatory dance programs. She earned a B.A. in Business, Law, and Society from Florida International University but couldn’t ignore her deeper passion for movement and wellness.

In 2017, Christa obtained her first Classical Pilates Certification and launched a home studio, integrating Pilates into her dance instruction to help athletes and performers build strength, flexibility, and resilience. She deepened her expertise with a second Classical Pilates USA certification in 2023 and has since taught at Pilates studios across Broward County, focusing on injury rehabilitation and helping clients overcome physical limitations. Driven by her commitment to total body wellness, Christa earned her Pre and Postnatal Pilates certification in 2024 and actively pursues continuing education through hands-on training and virtual workshops.
Christa’s teaching style is genuine, energetic, and hands-on. She leads every class with care, detail, and full-hearted presence, creating a fun space that empowers people to move better, feel stronger, and achieve a level of vitality they never thought possible.
