What to Expect in Our Yoga Classes
All Yoga classes are held in the Movement Room, a softly lit, gently heated space designed to support nervous system regulation and a deeper mind-body connection. Our far infrared heat enhances circulation and recovery, without the intensity of traditional heated Yoga. The room itself is a refuge, quiet, calming, and intentionally designed to support your inner reset.
We offer two signature Yoga styles
- Movement Yoga Motion
This Vinyasa-style yoga class invites you to move with purpose, linking breath, movement, and mindful awareness in a steady, intentional flow. Each phase of the class is thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate physical and mental balance. You’ll explore grounded standing postures, intricate transitions, and moments of stillness, all aimed at creating alignment in body and mind. - Movement Yoga Meditation
Sink into serenity with this restorative yoga and meditation class designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently release physical tension. Using supportive props, including foam rollers and blocks, you’ll experience gentle myofascial release alongside deeply restful poses, mindful breathing, and guided meditation. This practice invites you to create space for relaxation, inner balance, and a nervous system reset. Perfect for all levels, it’s a nurturing pause from the demands of daily life, an invitation to come home to yourself and move through the world with greater ease.
